ParkFest is back again this year with another fun-filled afternoon (1-6pm) in West Ham Park, E7 9PU
The event is again being run by the Friends of West Ham Park, along with the wonderful park staff, and support from the City of London Corporation.
There will be music on the bandstand from 1pm – after an opening by the Pearly Kings and Queens of Forest Gate and Stonebridge Park and Samba4Fun! All your local favourite bands will perform until 6pm.
There will also be opportunities to have a go at tennis and cricket with expert help and guidance. There will be craft and information stalls, and plenty of ice cream, and lots of other food and drink choices!
Most activities will take place on or near the Bandstand – but the Community Vegetable Garden will be open too with children’s craft activities
In fact, it will be like last year – only bigger and better!
• Live music!
• Food & drink!
• Children’s activities!
• This year’s Photo Competition Winners!
• Have a Go at Tennis & Cricket! Please book beforehand
• Meditation!
• Craft stalls!
• We’ll be joined by both the Pearly Kings & Queens of Forest Gate & Stonebridge Park!
• The Fire Service will bring their Fire Engine (unless they are called to do any fire putting out) – and the local Community Police too!
Free to attend! But do bring some money to buy food and drink – and anything that catches your eye on one of our stalls – they are all locally run so please support them!
Everyone welcome!
