Photos could include people (staff, volunteers, sports teams, for example). Entrants must ensure that anyone featured in submitted photographs has given their consent to be included and used for the purposes of this competition and if successful that their image may be used in FWHP promotional materials and social media. By submitting your photograph you are confirming you have the required permission.

8. This year photographs will be judged in only ONE category: anything of, or in, West Ham Park E7 9PU
And there will be three age categories:

– Over 18’s
No professional entries permitted.

9. A panel of judges will shortlist the most IMPACTFUL photos during June, for exhibiting at ParkFest on 13th July 2025. The judging panel will comprise the Chair of FWHP, West Ham Park Managers, the creative director of the British Journal of Photography and local sports coaches.

10. All SHORTLISTED images will be displayed in West Ham Park for ParkFest on 13th July 2025.

11. By entering, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules and we reserve the right to exclude any entry from the competition at any time if we have reason to believe that an entrant has breached these rules, acted fraudulently in any way or brings us into disrepute.
